Trees of Vedavalli – Ranipet Campus
A team of four teachers, Ms. Kesavapriya , Ms. Indhumathi, Ms. Divya and Ms. Sheela, the head teacher, along with aunty Raniamma, carried out the documentation of the trees on our campus. Ms. Poongodi, our Biology teacher, helped by giving us names of most of the trees. Our bus driver Mr. Munivel come up with the names of tree numbers 109 and 112 as Kattuva and Thuninji maram. He also told as that Thuninji (courageous) grows very tall and that is why it got the name. We are still trying to find out the names of a few trees that we do not know.
